Room wanted in Birmingham

Hi! I'm looking for a room in Birmingham as soon as possible, ideally somewhere just outside the city centre with an easy commute in. I'd love to find a place in an all-girl house where I can settle in quickly and get to know my new housemates!

A little bit about me...

I'm a recent graduate (postgraduate) who's clean, organised, quiet and respectful - the kind of housemate who keeps shared spaces tidy and is considerate about noise, but also genuinely enjoys spending time with the people I live with. I like to think I strike a good balance: happy with a cosy night in watching a film, but just as up for a night out, a few drinks at the pub, or trying a new restaurant.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me:

- Going on walks and exploring new areas
- Trying out new restaurants and places to eat
- Enjoying a relaxed pint at the pub or a night out with friends
- Having movie nights in and listening to music
- Shopping & beauty
- Keeping active with sports
- Travelling whenever I get the chance, and going to concerts

What I'm looking for:

- A room in a friendly, all-girl household
- Not right in the city centre, but a short and easy commute away
- Budget: up to £650 pcm, bills included
- Clean, respectful housemates who take pride in the home
- A good mix of sociable and easygoing. Happy to chat in the kitchen but equally happy to have my own space
- Availability ASAP
