RCA MA student looking for short let from 26 Aug

Hi, I’m an RCA MA student currently finishing my degree. My course end in mid-August, and I’ll be staying in London for my graduation ceremony in October and the transition after my studies.

I’m looking for a short-term room from around 26 August to late October or November, ideally with the possibility to extend. My preferred budget is £850–£1,000 pcm including bills.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, non-smoking, and mainly looking for a calm, safe flatshare with good transport links. I can provide student ID, right-to-rent share code and references if needed.

Preferred areas: Canada Water, Surrey Quays, Rotherhithe, Bermondsey, Greenwich, Deptford Bridge, New Cross, Brockley, Lewisham, Mile End, Bow, Stratford, Canning Town, Docklands or nearby areas.

I’m mainly looking for one room for myself, but I may also consider two rooms or a 2-bed option if the price is good, as a friend might join me.
