Friendly PG student at Bayes looking for room

Hi! I’m a incoming Master’s student at Bayes Business School starting this September. Prior to starting my postgraduate studies, I worked in finance/trading. I’m easygoing, clean, organized, and respectful of shared living spaces. I enjoy a social, cozy flat atmosphere, happy to share a meal or a drink, but I also fully respect everyone’s personal space and quiet time during busy study/work periods.

What I’m Looking For:

* Location: Ideally walking distance or a short, direct commute to Bayes (EC1, EC2, N1, E1, Old Street, Angel, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch).

* Room & Household: A clean, well-maintained double room, with a desk, in a friendly household, with a fully equipped kitchen (essential appliances & utensils). Access to a washing machine in the flat is highly preferred.

* Budget & Dates: Move-in around late August / early September for a 12-month lease.

* Gender preference : Female

Must-Haves & Extras:

Non-smoker, reliable with rent and bills on time, and happy to keep communal areas tidy and fresh.
