Room wanted for young professional

Hi! I'm looking for a room or studio/granny flat in Edinburgh to rent from September. Furnished or unfurnished and preferibly with bills included. I like pets but am very allergic to cats, sadly! I'd prefer to share with other women. I work Monday to Friday in social care. I'm an organised and tidy person, and previously worked as a cleaner so I know my way around a scrubbing brush! I care about the environment and do what I can to recycle, reduce food waste, eat mostly vegetarian, avoid harsh chemicals and so on. I'm open-minded, friendly, considerate, and have successfully shared with people before.
