**Funded PhD Student Looking for a Couple-Friendly Double Room**

Hello,

My wife and I are looking for a clean and comfortable double room or house share in Bristol.

I will be joining the **University of Bristol** as a **fully funded PhD student** through the **Commonwealth Scholarship**. We are a married couple, non-smokers, quiet, clean, and respectful. We do not have pets and will take great care of the property.

* Cotham (BS6)
* Redland (BS6)
* Kingsdown (BS2)
* Montpelier (BS6)
* Easton (BS5)
* Bedminster (BS3)
* Totterdown (BS4)
* Horfield (BS7)
* Fishponds (BS16)
* Other nearby areas are also welcome.

**Budget:**
£400–£800 per month (depending on the property and whether bills are included).

**What we're looking for:**

* Couples allowed
* Furnished double bedroom
* House share or flat share
* Bills included preferred
* Private bedroom (private bathroom preferred but not essential)
* Good transport links or within walking distance of the University of Bristol

We are responsible tenants and can provide proof of funding, university admission, and references if required.
