Hi, I’m currently looking for a flat to rent in London. My main requirements are:

* Move-in date: around 1 September, with flexibility of approximately one week before or after
* Occupancy: one person
* Bills: water, electricity and other main utility bills included
* Furnishing: basic furniture required, such as a bed, wardrobe, table and chairs
* Property type: preferably a self-contained flat rather than a shared room
