Hi! I'm a Computer Science student and part-time worker. I'm a tidy, respectful, and easy-going person who enjoys drawing, technology, cars, and gaming in my free time. I generally keep to myself but I'm always happy to have a chat and get along well with housemates. I don't smoke, and I always clean up after myself and respect shared spaces.
I'm looking for a clean and friendly home where everyone respects each other's privacy. Ideally I'd like to share with no more than 3–4 people, as I'm hoping for a more relaxed living environment. Bills included would be preferred, and reliable internet is important since I study and spend a lot of time on my computer.
My main dealbreakers are a very noisy house, poor cleanliness in shared areas, or overcrowded living arrangements. I'm looking for somewhere that feels comfortable, respectful, and peaceful to live long-term.
