Recent Graduate Looking for an En-suite Room

Hi!

I’m a recent Master’s graduate from the University of Manchester and I’m currently working part-time while looking for a full-time role in Manchester.

I’m looking for a room in an existing house or flatshare rather than finding people to rent a new property together.

What I’m looking for

* A private en-suite bathroom is essential
* House or apartment
* Good transport links, ideally close to a bus stop or Metrolink tram stop
* Flexible move-in date

A little about me

I’m friendly, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I like keeping shared spaces clean and I’m considerate of other people’s routines and privacy.

I do smoke, but I only smoke outdoors and never inside the property. I’m always respectful of the people I live with.

I’m looking for somewhere comfortable to stay while I continue my job search. Ideally, I’d like to find a place where I can stay long term if it’s a good fit for both of us.

As a full-time student, I’m exempt from paying Council Tax until 30 September. After that, I’m happy to pay my share of the Council Tax.
