Masters student looking for room

I'm a 25 year old software engineer from Brighton who has decided, quite spontaneously, to start a MSC in Robotics this September so I'm looking fairly urgently for some housing for then.
I'm big into my fitness and my boxing and will be looking to take these a bit more seriously while at uni.
I also play guitar, piano and sing. I'm into socialising and drinking as much as the next guy so would love to live with some people who wouldn't mind a drink every now and again.
I live quite a disciplined life and would say that I am a clean and considerate person. I like my house to feel like home.
I will be bringing a car to uni so I'll be needing a parking space.
