Looking for a new abode

Hey, I'm 30 and looking to relocate to Manchester in September after selling my house in Harrogate.

I'm looking for somewhere ideally around Ascoats/NQ or Salford/Colliers Yard. Ideally with one other person but would be open to living in a 3-bed or with a couple in a two bed.

A little about me
I've lived independently since I was 18, with both housemates and partners, so I'm very used to sharing a home. I'm relaxed, sociable, tidy and respectful of where I live, conscious of other people's space and routines. I'd love to live with people I can get to know, have a chat with and occasionally do things together, while still having our own lives and respecting each other's downtime.

My interests are pretty wide-ranging. I am a wannabe runner. I love cooking, shopping, getting outdoors, as well as socialising and trying new restaurants around town. Work is a big part of my life. I'm the R&D Director for a medical device start up; meaning I spend a lot of my time working either from home, the office (In York) or abroad.

I'm not looking for a party house, but equally I value social activities/plans. A relaxed, welcoming environment with a good balance of social and independence would be ideal. I'm also very happy living with pets.
