IT Developer looking for a room SE/E

I’m a 32-year-old IT Developer looking for a room in South East London, ideally around Nunhead, Peckham or Brockley, although I’m open to other areas nearby.

I’m clean, tidy and easy-going, and I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly house share with like-minded people. I’m fairly mellow during the week, but enjoy being sociable and getting out for a drink or doing something together from time to time.

I work in IT and am fully hybrid, so I work from home some days but will also be out during the day for work. Outside of work, I enjoy running, going to the gym, cooking, and generally keeping active. I also like going to the pub, exploring and having a chilled evening at home.

I’m looking for a house share that feels friendly and social, while still giving everyone their own space. Ideally, I’d like to live with people who are clean and considerate and are up for the drink, meal or hangout.
