Hi!, A bit about me: I'm David, currently completing an MSc in Development Economics at SOAS University of London (finishing this September), where I'm also a Research Assistant at the Centre for Sustainable Finance. From September I'll be starting an internship in central London.

Outside of work and studies, I'm into calisthenics and the gym, and I enjoy reading. I'd describe myself as a calm, friendly person — easy to get along with, respectful of shared space, and happy to keep things relaxed at home.

I'm tidy, considerate, not a smoker myself (happy either way on that front), and would treat the flat as a proper home. I'm available from mid-September and would be very keen to arrange a viewing.
