Female Cambridge Masters student - furnished room

Hi there! I'm looking for a room to rent near Cambridge, ideally within a one-mile radius of CB2 1AG (close to the Judge Business School).

A bit about me: I'm starting the MFin (Master of Finance) at the University of Cambridge, based at Hughes Hall and judge business school. I was actually waitlisted for college accommodation, so I'm now looking to sort out accommodation.

I'm originally from Canada/India, where I managed my own property for four years — so I'm very used to looking after a home and keeping to a tidy routine. I've lived both alone and with roommates before, and cleanliness is genuinely important to me, both in shared spaces and my own room. I won't be cooking much at home, so the kitchen won't see heavy use from my side.

What I'm looking for:

- Within 1 mile of CB2 1AG (near Judge Business School)
- En-suite preferred, but a shared bathroom and studio would also work well for me
- Furnished
- Happy to swap out the existing desk for my own standing desk, if that's okay with the landlord/housemates.

I like to stay active with workouts and yoga, and I love a good coffee walk. I'm always up for discovering new cafés, food spots, and exploring art around the city.
