Postgrad starting studies in September

Hi, I’m a female postgraduate student moving to Manchester in September 2026 to study for my master’s at the University of Manchester.

I’m looking for a single room in an all-female house/share, ideally within walking distance or with easy transport links to the University of Manchester.

My budget is around £600 per month, preferably including all bills, although I can be slightly flexible for the right property.

I’m looking to move in around September and would ideally like a tenancy for the academic year.

I’m clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m looking for a friendly and comfortable house with other female students or young professionals.
