Quiet & tidy tenant looking for a double room

Hi! I’m looking for a long-term room in London and hope to stay for at least one year, or even longer if it’s a good fit.

A little about me:

* PSW visa, recently graduated from Goldsmiths. I’m currently running a creative online business and will be working full-time from September.
* Clean, tidy and respectful. I have high standards of cleanliness and always keep shared spaces spotless.
* Happy to communicate openly and treat the property with care.

A little about my interests: I’m a big fan of theatre and love going to see plays and shows. I studied Film Studies, and previously studied French, English Literature and Psychology, so I have quite a broad range of interests. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting with different recipes. Occasionally, I’ll go out for a drink and enjoy a relaxed evening.

My ideal room:

* Double bed (standard)
* Room size preferably 11m² or larger (I have a long clothing rack)
* Kitchen must have a dishwasher (deal breaker because I’m a bit of a neat freak)
* Washing machine & dryer
* Within 15 minutes’ walk of a Tube station (preferably a Tube line with air conditioning)
* Commute to Central London within 1 hour
* A supermarket / shopping centre nearby would be ideal

I’m flexible about:

* Male or female housemates
* Living with the landlord
* Shared bathroom
* Location (I’m happy to live a little further out if the transport is good)

I’m interested in renting directly from a private landlord and prefer a straightforward arrangement built on mutual trust and respect.
