Clean, considerate lodger seeking a peaceful home

Hi, I'm Toby, 35, and I'm looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxed place to call home in the Worthing, Lancing or surrounding area.

I'm a quiet, respectful, and considerate person who gets on well with others and always pays my rent on time. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I'm a smoker, but I'm always respectful of other people's homes and house rules.

I'm currently receiving support while working towards becoming more independent and am looking for somewhere I can settle for the short/long term.

I have a guaranteed income, and my rent is covered within my Housing Benefit allowance.

One thing that would mean a lot to me is if my 13-year-old daughter could occasionally visit me. She doesn't live with me, but being able to spend time with her in my home would be a huge bonus.
