We are three friendly, tidy, and respectful working professionals (ages 22, 25, and 26) looking for a new place to call home.

We're looking for either:

* A **2-bedroom flat with a separate living room**, or
* **Two rooms in the same shared house**.

A little about us:

* All employed full-time
* Clean, quiet, and responsible
* Non-smokers
* We take good care of the property and always pay rent on time

We're looking to move within the next month and are flexible on location, provided there are good transport links.
