Clean & respectful professional looking for a room

Hello everyone ,

I'm Jonathan, and I'll be starting the MSc Finance programme at Bayes Business School this September. I'm currently looking for a comfortable room with an easy commute to campus, ideally around Moorgate, Liverpool Street, Barbican, Old Street or the surrounding areas.

I'm already in London and can attend viewings at short notice. If the room is a good fit, I'm ready to move in as soon as possible.

• Friendly and easy to get along with while also valuing everyone's privacy

• Quiet, responsible and reliable with rent and bills
• Looking for a long-term home during my studies

I'm hoping to find a welcoming household where everyone is considerate and keeps the communal areas clean. I'm equally happy living with students or young professionals.
