Student seeking flat share/buddy up

Hello!

I'm looking for a flat or house to share with one other person, preferably a female and student (but open to professionals too if you're okay with covering the council tax by yourself).

My Master's is of one year and will start in September, so I will ideally want a place for at least 51 weeks (until Sept 2027).

Since I'm an international student, and not currently in the UK, I won't be able to do any in-person viewings so I'd be grateful if you can videocall for viewings! Alternatively, I can also have a friend come in for a viewing on the weekend.

I also won't be able to provide any local references; however, I can arrange for a UK guarantor.

Here's what I'm looking for in my accommodation:
- Furnished flat/house
- Ensuite (can go for shared if the place otherwise checks all the boxes AND if you promise hygiene is a big deal for you)
- Peaceful environment as I will need quiet hours for self-study everyday
- Location: I would like to be within 20 mins of walking distance to the city campus (Hulme, Rusholme, Old Trafford, Moss Side, Victoria Park, Ardwick, etc.)

My budget is £650-£750 with bills included.

A bit about me:
I'm clean, organized, respectful, and have a pleasant personality.

I have many hobbies and passions (absolutely LOVE theatre, karaoke nights, playing videogames and boardgames, going to the cinema, attending festivals, hiking, volunteering) and always open to trying new things and experiences.

I'm a true ambivert so as much as I enjoy going out and doing things together, I also need my downtime to unwind and recharge.
