Looking for buddyups in newbuilds

Hi 👋 we're both chill ambiverted professionals and like to socialise but also keep to ourselves as well, socially, expect wonderful cooked dinners, occasional movie nights once a fortnight and we enjoy casual debates too!

I work in a school office and she works in fashion for the past 4 years, stable and progressing, open minded and chill, love to get to know people.

We probably need to be healthier as well, so gym and badminton I do quite often my friends now. We both work from office 5 days tooo.

We're looking for an ensuite room primarily (maybe in a different economy looking for a balcony?? Lol).

Interested in buddying up to split rooms in a house share, we've lived in quite nice new builds before so focus is looking for house buddies for the new builds in Tottenham, sessile, gessner, hale works, windlass, lapwing, kingfisher, millstream etc... open to new builds in tottenham, waltham forest, hackney, highbury & isl, stratford too and others.

We are happy to pay a lil more rent wise as we're 2 ppl! Hmu.

No preference between sharing with couples or individuals, it's more just about the vibe 🤙
