I'm moving to Cardiff alone to start my first professional job placement, so I'm looking for a room or studio which is central or easy to access the city centre, renting from the start of October for approx 1 year.
I'm sociable and love both a pub trip and a chilled, cosy night in, but I also value my own personal space and am very respectful of others' too. I would be working a hybrid pattern so WFH 2/3 days a week so would have access to a desk ideally.
