Hiya, I'm Kenneth and I'm a 24yo artist and soon-to-be Archaeology student looking for an affordable room in London!
I'd ideally like somewhere that is within 20-50 mins from UCL Bloomsbury campus - places like Camden and Hackney are preferred but I don't mind too much about the area. I also like Deptford and am willing to travel further if the place and roommates are nice!
Looking for a relatively calm and peaceful environment, but I'm not against going out or partying if we get on. I love clubbing and nights out, but I also appreciate quieter hangout as well as my own space and some quiet, especially as I'll be going into a new course and will be quite busy.
LGBTQ+ households are preferred as I am a queer person, but as long as people are respectful and friendly then I really don't mind at all :)
Pet-friendly places are also a HUGE plus as I'd love to bring my lovely cat Twiggy with me, but I understand that may not be possible and so it's not a dealbreaker as she can stay with my family.
My budget is within £600-700 including bills, but I am willing to be flexible depending on the place.
