URGENT - two young professionals (graduates)

Hi!

We’re Barnaby and Christian, two 22-year-old graduates and best friends relocating to London to start our graduate careers.

We’re looking for a place to live together, whether that’s a 2-bedroom flat, a house share with other young professionals, or a spare room/buddy-up opportunity.

We’ll both be working full-time in central London, with Barnaby based in Farringdon and Christian based near Bond Street, so we’re ideally looking for somewhere with great transport links into central London.

A bit about us:

* Two friendly, clean and respectful (and fun) professionals.
* Both starting our graduate careers in London.
* Easy-going, social and enjoy meeting new people (love to dress good, eat good food, drink good beer).
* Looking for a sociable home where we can settle in and make the most of London.
* Non-smokers and no pets.

Our budget is around £1,000 each per month, and we’re open to different areas as long as the commute works well.

We’re ideally looking around areas such as Stratford, Bow, Mile End, Canada Water, Bermondsey, Canning Town, Whitechapel, Elephant & Castle, and other well-connected areas.
