Enquiry About the Property

My name is Ziyi, and I recently graduated from University College London with a Master's degree. I'm currently looking for a full-time role and will be working part-time in the meantime. I plan to stay in the UK for at least the next two years.

I'm looking for a studio, a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom flat, or a room in a shared property with a move-in date around 11 September. Ideally, I'd like to stay for around one year initially, with the option to renew if possible.

I've been living in shared accommodation throughout my studies, so I'm used to sharing a home and always keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I'm a quiet, responsible and considerate tenant, and I don't smoke or have pets.

If you have a suitable property available, I'd love to arrange a viewing. If it isn't the right fit, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know about any similar properties you may have.
