Two female friends seeking a double room in a hous

We are two friendly, tidy and respectful female friends looking for a double room suitable for two people in a shared house in London.

We would prefer a house rather than a flat or apartment. We are looking in Zones 2–4, or anywhere with convenient public transport.

We can move in as soon as possible. Our total budget is around £900–£1,200 per month, preferably including bills.

We are non-smokers, have no pets, do not host parties and will take good care of the property. We are quiet, clean and easy to live with.

We are happy to live with a landlord, a family or other female housemates.
