Rent a room together in city centre?

I’m a 29 yo software/web developer from Spain, and I’m looking to ideally rent a double room in Manchester city centre, within a ~20min walking distance.
My budget is 900 w/o bills, 1000 with bills.

I believe is easier to find good apartments like this if we 'buddy up' to enquire together for a whole flat, so please, feel free to reach out if you want to try it!

About me:

- I'm 29 so you can expect me to be very tidy, respectful and easy-going
- Working remotely
- I go to the gym and in general enjoy an active lifestyle
- Social and always up for meeting new people and making outside plans
- In my spare time I make music, watch movies/series and also some gaming
- I’ve been to Manchester before, so I have a few friends there and know my way around a bit

I want to move close to the city center so I can focus on networking around music scene, and improve my sound (while I'm spanish, I make mainly english music such as R&B, alternative rock or even DnB, House, Ukg).

Ideally looking for a friendly, clean and relaxed house/flat with walking distance to city center, preferably with people around a similar age who are social, respectful and into a creative or active lifestyle!
