Freelance filmmaker, 32, professional, refs ready

Hi, I'm Truman, 32, a freelance cinematographer and drone pilot living in Brighton. I'm after a room in Brighton or Hove and, more to the point, housemates I actually get on with.

What I'm like to live with: I clean up after myself without needing to be asked, I'm good with rent and bills, and I'm not a drama merchant. I like a house where people say hello properly, where you can end up having a beer in the kitchen on a Tuesday, but where nobody minds if you've had a long day and just want to disappear into your room. Both of those things matter to me equally.

I'm vege and I cook so I'm happy to feed people if they want in. I've got two houseplants that I'm unreasonably attached to. I'm into calisthenics so I'm often out at the gym early, and I'm always up for hanging out, being by the sea, a walk, or a film.

Work wise, I shoot commercials and feature films, so I'm away on jobs fairly often. The rest of the time I'm at my desk editing footage with headphones on, which is about as quiet as work gets. No noise, no clients coming round, no chaos.

And if the house ever needs decent photos taken, of a birthday, a party, whatever, I'll happily do it for nothing.

Non smoker, no pets, references and proof of income ready to go. Budget around £850 a month. Looking to move soon, but flexible for the right house.
