I’ve found a really nice 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property in Salford and I’m looking for two other flatmates to move in together around early September.


The two flatmates would be sharing the isolated bathroom. It contains a nice communal area, gym, and shared kitchen.
I work full-time in a professional hybrid role and will be working from home around two days a week. I’m clean, easy-going, and respectful, and I’m looking for flatmates with a similar mindset so we can create a relaxed, friendly, and comfortable home.

Ideally, I’m looking for people who are:

* Clean and considerate in shared spaces
* Friendly and easy to get along with
* Respectful of each other’s privacy and routines
* Working professionals or similarly responsible
* Non-smokers
* Reliable when it comes to paying the bills on time

The base rent is £633.3 (a great price) with bills split three ways. The max total price would be roughly £750.
