2 Flatmates Wanted for 3 Bed 2 Bath Salford Flat

Hi! I’ve found a really nice 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property in Salford and I’m looking for two other flatmates to move in together around the first week of September.

I’m also open to moving into a spare room in a ready formed housing arrangement.

I work full-time in a professional hybrid role and will be working from home around two days a week. I’m clean, easy-going and respectful, and I’m looking for flatmates with a similar mindset so we can create a relaxed, friendly and comfortable home.

Ideally, I’m looking for people who are:

* Clean and considerate in shared spaces
* Friendly and easy to get along with
* Respectful of each other’s privacy and routines
* Working professionals or similarly responsible
* Non-smokers

I’d much rather live somewhere where everyone can socialise, have a chat or occasionally do things together, while also being comfortable doing their own thing.
