Ideally, I'm looking for a studio with a private kitchenette and bathroom. I'm clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful of my living space. I don't smoke or drink, and I spend most of my time either at university, the gym, or working on coursework and projects.
I'm looking for somewhere I can comfortably study and have my own space. I'm a reliable tenant and will always look after the property as if it were my own.
