3 month let wanted!

Hi, I'm an Egyptian-American who will be returning to London for three months beginning in late August. I'll be a visiting PhD student at the LSE so would ideally like decent transport links to Holborn/Leicester Sq area. I'm flexible on location, but would prefer somewhere loosely between Tufnell Park and Clapton as well as further south of there if available. I'm open to a flatshare or a studio/1 bed lease on a short term. For a flatshare I'd love a social flat of others in late 20s/early 30s, ideally of people who would love to take advantage of the amazing music scene in the city (extra bonus points for fellow Arsenal fans). I'll generally be in the office most days of the week and will likely be exploring London several days of the week/the weekend. Generally like a respectful but social environment and to keep the apartment pretty tidy. The above budget is for my own place if I can find a midterm or sublet.
