Searching a room !

My name is Romain, I am 21 years old, and I am moving from France to London this September to pursue a Master's degree in International Finance at the University of Westminster. This will be my fourth year of higher education.

To give you a brief background, I am currently completing a work-study program in France, and I already have two years of work-study experience under my belt. This system, which combines corporate work with university studies, has taught me a great deal of responsibility, organization, and maturity.

Regarding financial security, please note that my rent will be fully covered by my parents, who reside in France. They are fully prepared to provide all necessary financial guarantees, references, or pay upfront rent if required, ensuring that payments will always be made reliably and on time.

I am looking to move into a studio flat during the second week of September. Because of my current work commitments in France, I am unable to travel to London for an in-person viewing at the moment. However, I am more than happy to do a virtual tour or finalize the arrangements online. I am a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant.
