Friendly working professional looking for a calm h

Hi, I’m Pele. I’m 28 and currently work in retail/customer service. I’m looking for a comfortable, calm and friendly place to call home in or around Bicester, Oxford or the surrounding area.
I’m considerate of shared spaces and respectful of other people’s privacy, belongings and routines. I’m friendly and enjoy a chat, but I also value independence and understand that everyone needs their own space. I’m looking for a household where people communicate openly, treat each other with respect and can feel relaxed at home. I’m happy with either a house share or a lodger arrangement and would ideally like somewhere furnished.
Outside work I enjoy music, television, fragrances and generally having a quiet evening at home. I’m also very comfortable around cats, preferably.
