26yr old teacher looking for a central-ish room

Hey!

I’m Charlie. I'm 26, Irish and I'm on the hunt for a cute new place in Manchester for around the start of September.

Not all of these are must-haves, but in an ideal world the dream place has:
A decent size, furnished bedroom
A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
Parking (or a flatmate who knows some quiet streets to park on at least!)
1-2 flatmates who are happy to hang out, but who also respect each others' privacy
Isn't crazy high up in a tall building
Is relatively central with good transport links

A little about me:
I’m clean, respectful and easy-going. I've lived in a few house shares before so know how important it is to make the right choice on flatmates (on both sides)! I’m also gay, so living somewhere queer-friendly is a big plus. I’d love to live with someone/people who I could have a laugh with and occasionally go for a drink, coffee, see a film, etc. Equally I’m very happy doing my own thing, and respect when people need their space too😊

I love to travel and speak a handful of languages – next on the hit-list are Belgium and Quebec. I’m also into cooking, gaming, chilled evenings watching TV and hanging out with friends. I'm a big fan of the financial times, a good podcast (I'm really vibing with "The rest is..." series atm) and I love to stay up to date on current affairs. I’m trying to get back into reading and the gym too atm.

I'm moving over from Belfast to teach languages, so a virtual viewing/video call would be much appreciated. I'll be out of the flat at work during the day, and I don't smoke/have pets.
