Professional couple seeking 1–2 bed private rental

Hi! We’re Jessica and Dan, an engaged couple relocating to Belfast and looking for a long-term home to settle into. We’d ideally like a two-bedroom private rental (a one-bed would be considered too), within easy reach of the city centre. Looking for our own place rather than a room or house share.

A bit about us: I work in AI and tech recruitment and Dan works in cybersecurity, so we’re two settled professionals with stable, reliable income. We’re quiet, tidy, non-smokers with no pets, and we treat a home as our own. We can readily provide references, guarantors and proof of income.

We’re looking to move in any time after 25th August and can move quickly for the right place.

Budget: up to £1,300 per month.
