One bedroom Flat needed in September

Hello, I’m looking for a clean, self-contained one-bedroom flat in Whitehaven for my 18-year-old son, who will be starting a degree apprenticeship with Sellafield in September 2026.

As he does not drive and will be living alone, the property should ideally be within walking distance of either Corkickle or Whitehaven railway station.

He will be in full-time employment, is quiet and responsible, and spends much of his spare time studying. He is a non-smoker and has no pets.

We are looking for a long-term tenancy, with a budget of approximately £500–£600 per month, excluding bills.

We will be in Whitehaven during the third week of August to attend viewings. In the meantime, we would appreciate plenty of photographs and, if possible, a video viewing.
