Easy going professional/gym goer

Hi, I’m Dave. I work locally in St Albans as a fuel planner, and I’m looking to team up with one other person for a joint tenancy on a 2-bed place in town or the nearby villages.

I’m a positive, down-to-earth ambivert—I’m friendly and always up for a chat, but I definitely appreciate my own space, too. Having been single for a good while, I’m quite independent and have a fairly settled routine. I regularly hit the gym. In the evenings, I usually just want to unwind, maybe watch a film, listen to a podcast or music, or I do game of a couple of nights a week.

I really value a calm, tidy, and respectful environment to come back to.
I also come with my daughter's cats (for now), so you’ll absolutely need to be an animal lover!

I'm looking for a drama-free setup with someone on a similar wavelength so we can share the costs of a nice 2-bed house/flat.
