Professional Moving to Derby (DE21) – Seeking Double Room with Desk Space & Off-Road Parking

About the room / what I’m looking for:
I’m relocating to Derby for work and looking for a double bedroom in the DE21 area with:

- Enough space for a desk for my Computer and Monitors.

- Off-road parking (essential)

- Preferably in a quiet but sociable household

I’m tidy, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time and will mostly be using the room as a bedroom and home office.

About me:
- I’m easygoing, tidy, and happy to chat or give people space. I don’t know anyone in Derby yet, so I’d love to live with people who are open to making friends locally.

- Socialising and going for drinks after work or at weekends
