Incoming Cardiff University LLM Student Seeking Ro

Hi, I’m Abdul Wasay, an incoming postgraduate student at Cardiff University, starting an LLM in Human Rights in September 2026. I’m looking for a furnished room in Cardiff, preferably around Cathays, Roath, Adamsdown or within reasonable distance of Cardiff University. My budget is around £350–£450 per month, depending on bills and accommodation.

I expect to arrive in Cardiff around 14 September 2026 and am looking for accommodation for at least one year. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and responsible, and I’m comfortable sharing with other students or professionals. I’m a non-smoker and have no pets. I’m easy-going and would like to live in a friendly and respectful household.

I’m particularly interested in affordable rooms with bills included or reasonable additional bills. I’m also open to joining an existing house share or buddying up with other students.
