British Citizen (happy to provide proof)
38 yo female (Partner (Callum- also a British Citizen and was born in Edinburgh) is 44 but not moving to Edinburgh until End of Oct/Start of Nov). Neither of us have ever been smokers.
Will be working for my current employer (a University in Australia) while interviewing for work in Edinburgh. My partner is an IT professional (Infrastructure and Cyber Security)
Happy to provide the deposit up front before arriving and a fortnights rent upon arrival.
I am a pretty straight forward sort of person who can crack a well timed joke every once in a while, I am more introverted that extroverted so you wouldn't have to worry about me having people around or being disruptive. I enjoy watching most sports and am looking forward to exploring a Edinburgh when I get there.
I can provide rent payment receipts going back a long period of time for my current place. I am working on getting a proper reference from the letting company and would be happy to provide that when available.
