25yo Irish Professional - late August move.

Hi, I’m Hugh, a 25-year-old professional moving from Cork to London at the end of August. I’ll be starting a full-time role as a Research Analyst in Covent Garden in early September.

I’m looking for a furnished double room in a clean and friendly home with no more than three other housemates. My maximum budget is £950 per month including bills, and I’d like to keep my commute to Covent Garden within approximately 45 minutes.

I’m friendly, easy-going and very into the gym and fitness, but I equally enjoy a good takeaway, meal out or occasional pint. As I’ll be new to London, I’d love to live with people who are happy to chat and occasionally do things together, while still respecting everyone’s independence and personal space.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate around shared areas. I’m also quite independent and equally happy spending a quieter evening gaming or studying.

I’m currently in Cork, so I’m available for video calls at short notice and can arrange in-person viewings around my move. I have confirmed employment and can provide references or any further information required.
