Description
Hey everyone, I’m Ryan, 26, and looking for a room around Wandsworth, Clapham, Battersea or somewhere nearby.
I was originally looking at getting my own place, but I’m open to finding a great house share with the right people.
I’m looking for a good sized double room, with an ensuite if possible, somewhere that feels like a nice home rather than just a room in a house. A decent living space would be a big plus too.
Parking is pretty much essential for me as I drive a lot for work, so I’d need either private parking or somewhere I can definitely get a resident permit.
Budget is roughly £1,200 to £1,500 a month depending on the place.
A bit about me - I run my own video production company and spend a lot of my time filming around London, so I’m pretty busy and have my own thing going on.
Housemate-wise, I’m not looking for a full on party house, but I also don’t want somewhere where everyone just disappears into their room and never speaks. Ideally I’d like to live with people around a similar age who have their own careers, businesses or things they’re working towards, but are still up for grabbing a drink, going out for food, having friends round occasionally or doing something together at the weekend.
I’m into the gym, making music, going out for food and drinks, travelling and generally building my business. I’m easygoing, tidy and respectful of everyone’s space, and equally happy having a quiet night doing my own thing.
I’m looking to move fairly soon, but I’m more interested in finding the right place and people than rushing into somewhere.
If anyone has a room coming up or thinks I might be a good fit for their house, drop me a message!
