Sociable & respectful professional - buddy up?

I’m looking for a flatmate to buddy up in a 2 bed place on South West side of Edinburgh. I start a new job in October so needs to be commutable to work and to city centre for days/evenings out.

Requirements:
Another working professional
Within 20 min walk from train/tram
Parking (on street or permit)
Max £800/month incl bills

Preferences:
Ideally furnished (I don’t have any furniture)
I don’t mind pets!

I’m looking for someone who is chill, happy to socialise but also respectful of the other person’s space. I want to live with someone in a space that is comfortable, clean and tidy but also one that feels like a home :)
