**2 Friends Looking for a 2–3 Bed Property in Birmingham 🏡**

Hi! 👋 We’re two friends looking to find a **2-bedroom property together in Birmingham**, ideally from **25th August**.

We’re looking for a place where we can each have our **own bedroom**, so a 2-bed would be ideal. We’re also open to a **3-bedroom property** if that works better.

Our budget is around **£500 each per month**, preferably including bills. We’re looking for a clean, comfortable home with good transport links to **Edgbaston** and ideally somewhere suitable for a longer-term tenancy.
