Description
Hello!
I’m starting a one-year (two-semester) Master’s program in Law and Gender at SOAS in September and am looking for accommodation for around 7–8 months. I arrive in London on September 18th, so that would be my preferred move-in date, but I can be flexible. I am hoping to find a fully furnished room.
A bit about me: I’m 24 and currently live in Washington, D. C., where I’m working toward a career in human rights law and conflict resolution. I studied international politics, gender studies, and Arabic in undergrad in the U. S. I love live music, traveling, hiking, being outdoors, and exploring new restaurants, pubs, and record stores.
I’m friendly, clean, and pretty easygoing, and would love to live with people who are up for being social but am also happy keeping to myself. I’ve lived with a variety of different people and age groups and am super flexible and respectful.
I'm hoping to be around/less than 30 minutes away from Bloomsbury area, budget of around £800/month per room ideally but can go up to £900+ish if the place is perfect.
would love to be good buddies w the flatmates and have movie nights together, cook for each other, pub nights out or wine nights in, etc but also understand and appreciate chill / alone time in the flat.
Feel free to reach out if you think you would be a good fit or have a room available!
