2 friends looking for a third to find a 3 bed with

We’re two friends, 22 & 23, looking for a third person to find a 3-bed flat with us in London. We’re both pretty open to anywhere in London as long as it’s not too far out and relatively well connected.

I’m into sports and board games and, in an ideal world, would love a flatmate who’s up for joining in a game of tennis or going climbing if they’re around (generally open to any other sports too). I’d describe Tom as a nature-loving Welshman, he’s always talking about fishing along with having many fishing hats and T-shirts. The two of us currently work at a data consultancy together.

We’re looking for someone who’s relatively sociable and up for getting to know their flatmates. We’re up for going to the pub but also enjoy a quieter night in sometimes. I’m also partial to a board game evening if that’s something you like. Obviously, we’d like someone who generally cleans up after themselves, not leaving frying pans in the sink after cooking is probably one of my only rules.
