Professional couple looking for whole flat to rent

Hi there :)

My partner and I are both young professionals working in film/tv and education and we are looking for a whole property to rent - either a 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms flat. We are planning on moving in between the 6th of September - 1st of October and we are currently based in London.

We are looking for a property with either a balcony/roof terrace or garden and no flatmates.

Our budget is anywhere between £1000-£1300 and furnished or unfurnished could both work.

A little bit about ourselves - I am a singer-songwriter, music teacher and film maker and my partner, Josh is also a film maker and teacher. We both work with primary school and SEN children and in the film and tv industries in various capacities. We are currently renting two rooms in a shared flat in London and we are both very clean, tidy and care deeply about our space and community.
