28M looking for a flatshare/room from September

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old Australian who’s recently moved to London and started a new role as a Strategy Director at a media agency in Southwark.

I’m looking for a room from 1 September, ideally in a friendly, sociable house where I can get to know my housemates and occasionally do things together — whether that’s a pub, dinner, a gig or just hanging out — while also having my own space and downtime.

I’m open to joining an existing household or buddying up with someone to find a place together, so happy to chat if you’re in a similar position.

Outside of work, I’m really into music and going to gigs, galleries, exploring different parts of London, travelling and generally making the most of being here. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep.

Ideally looking for something longer term, and particularly interested in areas with a good neighbourhood feel and easy access to central London/Southwark — but I’m open-minded about the exact location for the right place and people.
