Two female students looking for short-term Rooms

Hi everyone!
We are two 4th-year Italian medical students (females) coming to Leeds for a one-month elective placement at St James's University Hospital. We will be arriving on September 18th/19th and leaving on October 18th.
We are looking for either two single rooms in the same flat or one shared room with two beds (or a double bed), ideally located in the City Centre, Mabgate, or surrounding areas with easy access to St James's Hospital.
A little about us: we are clean, tidy, respectful, and quiet housemates. Since we'll be working at the hospital during the week, we’re looking for a peaceful home base, but we’re also excited to explore Leeds and the Yorkshire countryside on our days off!
