Room wanted

Hi, I'm moving to Belfast in September to start my PhD at QUB. I am fully funded, so I will receive a monthly award salary. I am 22 and looking for someone to share a house/flat with. I don't mind the age, occupation, etc; however, I would prefer a smaller, quieter house. Ideally, I would like a place for about 6-7 months, essentially a short-term let as I find my feet in Belfast and get to know the city. As a person to live with, I would describe myself as clean and tidy in communal areas; I am usually quiet, but I do enjoy small chit-chat, and I always welcome fun conversations. Happy to go to the pub or cafe, and do activities available! Trying to get myself in the gym and playing sports as well :)
