Description
Hey, I’m Sia, 32, a full time professional looking for someone to buddy up with and find a nice 2 bed flat together in London.
I’m friendly, sociable and easy going. I’m into the gym, travelling, good food and enjoying London, but I also really appreciate having a nice home to come back to. Somewhere clean, calm and comfortable where we can both relax and have our own space.
Ideally I’d like to find another male professional who’s also looking for somewhere long term, rather than a student or short term arrangement. Someone clean and tidy, non smoker, respectful and open minded. LGBT or LGBT friendly would be great.
I’m not looking for a party flat, but I’m also not looking to live like complete strangers. It would be nice to actually get along, have a chat or a drink sometimes, while still having our own lives and respecting each other’s space.
I’m flexible on location as long as it’s well connected to Central London. Budget is around £2,100 for the flat excluding bills, or roughly £2,500 total including bills and council tax.
I’m quite flexible with the move in date, so there’s no need to rush into the first place we find, but ideally I’d like us to find somewhere we both genuinely like and move in before October.
If this sounds like your kind of setup too, send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself. We can grab a coffee or a drink first, see if we get along and take it from there :)
